Sapporo Prince Hotel (Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan) will offer the afternoon tea “Shirayuki – WHITE MOMENTS –” from November 15 to January 14, 2026.
With a theme of winter quietude and delicate snow, the set pairs nine white-themed sweets—such as mascarpone cream tart, white chocolate canelé, and strawberry shortcake—with savories like mackerel rillettes and mini pita bread filled with salmon mousse, plus free-flow soft drinks. A snowman-shaped rare cheesecake and a mini hamburger with quattro cheeses are served on the side. Four seatings begin at 12:00 noon, 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. Price: 5,500 yen.
Additionally, “Parfait Chocolat – Five Tastes, Five Senses –” will be offered from November 15 to February 14, 2026. Hidden inside a chocolate sphere are cacao sorbet, biscuit chocolat, and perle craquante (crunchy chocolate pearls), finished by pouring over a warm orange-scented white chocolate sauce. Served with one drink of your choice—whisky, brandy, a cranberry-based cocktail, or a non-alcoholic option. Price: 3,800 yen. Limited quantities.
