Hotel Management International will open the Kobe Marriott Hotel on December 1 in Kobe, Japan.
HMI Hotel Group has signed a partnership with Marriott International and will rebrand seven hotels in five Japanese cities as Marriott Hotels and Courtyard by Marriott. The Kobe Marriott Hotel will be the first rebranded property, converting the former Hotel Crown Palais Kobe.
The hotel offers 186 guest rooms, including suites. Facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, a Chinese restaurant, an executive lounge, a gym, banquet halls, and meeting rooms. The interior features marine blue as the key color, with latticework and lantern motifs used throughout.
