Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel will hold a “Christmas Fair” from December 1 to 31.
The festive menu will feature more than 60 items for lunch and over 70 for dinner, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Dishes include herb-scented roast chicken, North American-style low-temperature pork with whisky glaze for Christmas, turkey press, poached sole, weekday-lunch-only sautéed cod (寒鱈, winter Pacific cod), weekday-dinner-only Japanese wagyu beef brisket stroganoff, and American steak grilled right in front of guests. Roasted Japanese wagyu beef round will be served at a carving station. Two types of sparkling drinks will also be available: red sparkling wine and a non-alcoholic rosé sparkling with rosé notes (both 1,800 yen per glass). In December only, three special offers will be provided: one child dines free for every two adults, one person dines free for groups of four or more adults on weekdays, and a plan that includes 90 minutes of free-flow drinks.
The venue is the lobby-floor buffet restaurant “Bridges.” Serving hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for dinner. Prices start from 4,900 yen for adults, 4,400 yen for guests aged 65 and over, and 2,450 yen for children aged 4 to 12; children aged 3 and under dine for free. Tax and service charge are included.
