Marriott International, together with K+ Hospitality Management and K+ Hospitality Operations TWO, opened Four Points FLEX by Sheraton Tokyo Shibuya West on December 1 in Tokyo, Japan.
The building has 12 floors above ground. There are 92 guest rooms in total, consisting of double, twin, and accessible double rooms. All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, and dedicated workspace. Within the hotel, there is a self-service laundry, ice machine, water dispenser, amenity bar, and an 18-seat lounge exclusively for staying guests.
As an optional breakfast, the hotel offers bento-style meals such as “Grilled Sablefish Saikyo-Yaki and Minced Chicken Rice Box” and “Grilled Salmon Saikyo-Yaki Rice Box,” which can be picked up at the front desk and eaten in the guest room or lounge. To commemorate the opening, an original “Hachifull Collaboration Keyholder” is being distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to staying guests.
