Sumitomo Realty & Development Villa Fontaine will reopen and rebrand “Villa Fontaine Tokyo Hibiya” on February 1, 2026.
The hotel will feature a total of 33 guest rooms: 11 double rooms, 11 twin rooms, 6 superior twin rooms, and 5 corner twin rooms. In addition to a restaurant, the property will be equipped with self-check-in machines, an amenity buffet, self-service lockers, coin-operated laundry machines, vending machines, a microwave, and an ice machine. Breakfast will be complimentary for staying guests and will be served buffet-style in an exclusive lounge.
Access: approximately a 7-minute walk from JR Shimbashi Station, Tokyo Metro Toranomon Station, and Toei Mita Line Onarimon Station, and approximately a 4-minute walk from Toei Subway Uchisaiwaicho Station, all in central Tokyo, Japan.
