Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station will offer a winter-limited, apple-filled high tea set, “AMBROSIAL APPLE,” from December 1 through February 28, 2026.
Using five kinds of domestically grown Japanese apples, the menu features appetizers such as Osaka-produced Inunaki pork rillettes enjoyed with Ōrin apple confiture, and tartlets topped with roasted hime apples and walnuts. It also includes pan-fried scallops served with sour cream accented by Kōgyoku apples, a dish of Japanese beef simmered for eight hours in red wine and apples, and a dessert inspired by apple pie, with caramelized apples and ice cream topped with an almond pie.
Drinks include Veuve Clicquot Champagne, seven kinds of original cocktails, and twelve kinds of tea, all offered as a 90-minute free-flow.
The venue is Bar19 on the 19th floor. Serving hours are 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, and 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The price is 9,200 yen, tax and service charge included. Reservations are accepted for parties of two or more until 5:00 p.m. on the day before.
