Lufthansa Opens New Premium Check-In Area at Frankfurt Airport
The ramen restaurant “Shodai” will open at New Chitose Airport on December 19.
“Shodai” is a ramen restaurant originating in Otaru, Hokkaido, Japan. Using a new production method to further refine its traditional flavors, it serves a bowl in which broth made by condensing the umami of pork knuckles is layered with dashi from dried sardines, kelp, and vegetables, harmoniously combined with matured noodles that have a supple texture.
The restaurant will be located on the 3rd floor of the Domestic Terminal in the “Hokkaido Ramen Dojo” area. Opening hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with last orders taken at 8:15 p.m.
