
Four Points FLEX by Sheraton Tokyo Shibuya West Opens in Tokyo
Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba will serve its “Shinshu Wagyu and Raclette Cheese Burger” from December 1 through March 31, 2026.
This burger features local specialties: gohei-mochi (a skewered grilled rice cake) and “imo-namasu,” a traditional Nagano dish of potatoes dressed with vinegar, sandwiched in a bun, combined with thick-cut bacon from Azumino Shoku Kobo and a patty made with 100% Shinshu (Nagano) beef. To finish, raclette cheese is poured over the burger right in front of the guest.
The burger is served at the hotel’s restaurant “Dining & Bar LAVAROCK.” Serving hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The price is 6,800 yen, including tax and service charge.
