Sumitomo Realty & Development Villa Fontaine Launches Winter Fair at Tokyo Ariake and Haneda Airport Hotels
Royal Group reopened the “Richmond Hotel Nagoya Nayabashi” after renovations on November 25.
With the concept of “Casual Modern × Quality,” inspired by the Nayabashi area of Nagoya, which evokes the Taisho modern style amid new cityscapes, the property has been fully refurbished.
The hotel offers a total of 226 guest rooms. New room types such as the “Premium Twin Room” and “Deluxe Double Room,” suitable for group stays and long-term stays, have been added to better meet diverse needs. The “Premium Twin Room,” which can accommodate up to three guests, features a spacious and open interior with a comfortable sofa, as well as a microwave and refrigerator.
The lobby is a calm, wood-grain themed space, and a new area has been created to display traditional Japanese crafts. A “Royal Host Nagoya Nayabashi” restaurant will newly open on the first floor.
The hotel will offer the Tokai region’s first breakfast buffet by Royal Host, serving more than 40 different items. In addition to standard dishes, local specialties from Nagoya such as “unagi gohan” (grilled eel over rice) and “miso katsu” (pork cutlet with miso sauce) will also be available. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and is open to non-staying guests as well. The price for both staying guests and walk-ins is 2,500 yen for adults, 1,200 yen for children aged 6 to 12, and free for preschool children.
Access: Approximately a 4-minute walk from Exit 8 of Fushimi Station on the Tsurumai and Higashiyama subway lines, and about a 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station (JR, Meitetsu, and Kintetsu lines).
