Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Consolidate Ground Handling Providers into Three Companies
Alaska Airlines has relocated its operations at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to Terminal 8.
It had previously used Terminal 7, but moved to Terminal 8 on October 28 to strengthen connections with other oneworld alliance member airlines. Terminal 8 is used by American Airlines, British Airways, Japan Airlines (JAL), and others, and Hawaiian Airlines, a subsidiary of Alaska Airlines, moved there in April.
With this move, the Alaska Lounge that Alaska Airlines operated in Terminal 7 has been closed, and First Class passengers are now being directed to American Airlines’ Admirals Club.
