Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will offer special handling for flight tickets due to expected snowfall.
As of 2:00 p.m. on December 13, special handling will apply to flights arriving at and departing from Sapporo/Chitose, Kushiro, and Obihiro on the afternoon of the 14th.
Regardless of delays or cancellations, tickets for the affected flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded without fees. Changes and refunds can be processed via the website.
