Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will implement special measures for flight tickets due to expected snowfall.
As of 11:00 a.m. on December 14, the special measures apply to flights departing and arriving on the morning of the 15th at Sapporo/New Chitose, Sapporo/Okadama, Kushiro, Obihiro, Memanbetsu, and Nemuro Nakashibetsu in Hokkaido, Japan.
For tickets on affected flights, passengers can change, rebook, or refund their tickets free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations. Changes and refunds can be processed via the airline’s website.
