All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling for flight tickets due to a forecast of snowfall in Japan.
As of noon on December 14, special handling applies to flights arriving at and departing from Sapporo/New Chitose on the morning of December 15, and to flights arriving at and departing from Wakkanai, Okhotsk Monbetsu, Memanbetsu, Kushiro, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, and Hakodate throughout the same day. At these airports in Hokkaido, there is a possibility of delays, cancellations, landings at alternate airports, or returns to the departure airport.
For tickets on the affected flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted without service charges, regardless of whether a delay or cancellation actually occurs.
