Hokkaido Air System Cancels Some Flights Due to Engine Issue
Hokkaido Air System (HAC) will add more flight cancellations due to aircraft maintenance.
The decision is related to an engine malfunction that occurred on December 11 on the aircraft (registration: JA14HC). As the maintenance work is taking longer than expected, HAC has decided to cancel an additional 16 flights scheduled to operate from December 17 to 19. Furthermore, up to 8 flights will be delayed by as much as one hour.
The date for resuming operations of the aircraft will be announced once it has been confirmed.
