Hokkaido Air System (HAC) will add more flight cancellations due to aircraft maintenance.
This is in response to an engine malfunction on December 11 involving an aircraft (registration: JA14HC). As the maintenance work is taking longer than expected, HAC has decided to cancel an additional 24 flights scheduled to operate from December 22 to 26. A further 12 flights will be delayed by up to one hour.
As a result, the total number of flights canceled due to this issue has reached 56. The date for the aircraft to resume operations will be announced once it has been finalized.
