Realgate will open SHIFT HOTEL Shibuya Hatagaya in January 2026.
The company has renovated a 53-year-old building. The guest rooms can accommodate large groups and are equipped with kitchens and washing machines. The guest room art is curated by gallery commune, which operates an art gallery in Hatagaya. Guests will receive a Hatagaya map introducing local restaurants and shops, along with an original tote bag. In addition, playlists curated to match the atmosphere of the Hatagaya neighborhood will be available in the lobby and guest rooms.
Access: a 6-minute walk from Hatagaya Station on the Keio New Line, and a 15-minute walk from Yoyogi-Uehara Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line.
