GREENING and fav hospitality group will open BASE LAYER HOTEL FUKUOKA in April 2026.
The hotel will offer a total of 126 guest rooms across seven types: 86 double rooms, 26 twin rooms, 3 comfort twin rooms, 5 king rooms, 1 family room, 1 comfort quadruple room, and 4 sauna twin rooms. In-room amenities will include athletia toiletries, cado air purifiers, large LCD TVs, and the OPSODIS1 3D surround sound system. Sauna twin rooms will feature a private in-room sauna, as well as Brain Sleep mattresses.
Within the hotel, facilities will include BL*MART, an unmanned convenience store open 24 hours a day, a café and bar, laundry facilities, and locker rooms.
Access: a 7-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line, a 10-minute walk from Yakuin Station on the Nishi-Nippon Railroad (Nishitetsu) Tenjin-Omuta Line and the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line, and an 8-minute drive from Hakata Station.
