i-mobile has enabled payments using “Furunavi Money” on the Japanese hometown tax donation service “Furunavi.”
“Furunavi Money” is a payment service that can be used with Furunavi-related services in Japan. It is available to Furunavi members after identity verification. At accommodation facilities, users can scan a QR code installed at the front desk to make payments. The validity period is until the end of the month five months after charging.
By participating in eligible campaigns and simply charging funds, users receive bonus Furunavi Money according to each campaign’s terms. A function to automatically calculate the bonus amount and charge only the necessary amount is also provided. Charging is possible with credit cards of the Visa, MasterCard, JCB (Japan Credit Bureau), American Express, and Diners Club brands.
The “5% Instant Bonus! No Upper Limit on Rewards! Service Launch Commemoration! Furunavi Money Instant Bonus Campaign” is being held until February 1, 2026. An additional amount of Furunavi Money equivalent to 5% of the charged amount will be granted.
