Tokyo Tatemono, Misawa Homes, and Polaris Holdings will open “kokonoyu Beppu” in the summer of 2027.
The building will be 10 stories above ground. There will be 150 guest rooms in 13 types, mainly twin and double rooms. On the top 10th floor, there will be a large natural hot spring bath with open-air baths, from which guests can view Beppu Tower from the open-air baths. A breakfast restaurant will be located on the 2nd floor.
Access: a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Beppu Station on the JR Nippo Main Line, and about 60 minutes by car from Oita Airport.
