
JAL A350-1000 Damaged at New York JFK, Causing Aircraft Changes and Delays
Philippine Airlines has taken delivery of its first Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.
The cabin is configured in three classes, with a total of 382 seats: 42 in Business Class, 24 in Premium Economy Class, and 316 in Economy Class. The aircraft will be deployed on transpacific routes to operate non-stop flights to major cities in North America.
As part of its fleet expansion plan, Philippine Airlines had ordered nine Airbus A350-1000 aircraft. It will become the 10th airline in the world to operate this aircraft type. With this delivery, the airline’s total fleet size increases to 82 aircraft.
