The Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will offer special handling for flight tickets, as bad weather is expected due to a developed low-pressure system over Japan.
As of 8:00 a.m. on December 25, special handling applies to flights to and from Sapporo/New Chitose, Sapporo/Okadama, Hakodate, and Akita in the afternoon of the 26th, and to and from Niigata and Komatsu throughout the day on the same date.
For tickets on affected flights, changes, rebookings, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of whether the flight is delayed or cancelled. Changes and refunds can be processed through the airline’s website.
