Strings Hotel Nagoya will offer the “Adult Reward Parfait – Strawberry & Chocolate” from January 13 to March 12, 2026.
The parfait consists of an upper and lower layer. The upper layer centers on intricate chocolate work, and is built up with chocolate macarons, chocolate ice cream, raspberry sorbet, strawberries, ganache (nama chocolate), and cocoa sablé. The lower layer is made of layers of marinated strawberries, chocolate cream, and chocolate crunch, with raspberry champagne jelly at the very bottom, creating a flavor profile that changes all the way through to the last bite.
The location is Gramercy Suite on the first floor of Strings Hotel Nagoya in Japan. The price is 2,860 yen à la carte. When changing the dessert of a course meal to this parfait, an additional 1,210 yen will be added to the course price. Serving hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until 10:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. All prices include tax; a 15% service charge will be added separately.
