
The St. Regis Osaka to Host Strawberry Afternoon Tea, December 26, 2025 – February 28, 2026
Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel is holding its “Strawberry with Chocolate” sweets buffet from December 26 through February 15, 2026.
With the theme of strawberries and chocolate, the buffet features a wide variety of sweets such as cakes that combine tartness and cacao. Recommended items include “Strawberry Cassis Chocolat Vanille,” composed of strawberry jelly, cassis cream, and chocolate mousse, and “Strawberry Milk Opera,” which layers chocolate sponge with milk chocolate ganache and milk mousse.
The buffet also offers parfaits that the pâtissier finishes to order at the table. In December and January, the menu features the “Strawberry Chocolate Heaping Mille-Feuille Parfait,” while in February it offers the “Gâteau Chocolat Strawberry Parfait” made with free-range eggs. At the start, each table is served five kinds of welcome sweets, including the executive pastry chef’s recommended strawberries of the day and strawberry tart.
The venue is the buffet restaurant “Bridges” on the lobby floor. Opening hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The buffet is not available from January 1 to 4. The price is 4,050 yen for adults, 2,025 yen for children aged 4 to 12, and free for children 3 and under. On weekdays from January 5 to February 13, the price is 3,150 yen per adult when reserved via the website for groups of 4 or more adults. All prices include tax and service charge.
