Air China will reduce flights on the Tokyo/Narita–Shanghai/Pudong route starting December 22.
The airline currently operates 4 round trips per day, but will suspend flights CA157/158/923/924. As a result, there will be no overnight aircraft parking at Narita Airport, and the service will be reduced to 2 round trips per day. The reduction of flight CZ158 will begin on December 23.
The reason is aircraft rotation, and the suspension period is scheduled to last until March 28, 2026. Customers with reservations will be offered a one-time change to an alternative flight or a refund, both free of charge.
