THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection in Osaka, Japan, will offer an afternoon tea starring “Sora-uki Ichigo” (sora-uki strawberries), titled “Afternoon Tea VOYAGE La saison des Sora-uki fraises,” from December 26 to February 16.
The welcome mocktail is “Fraise cclat,” made with sora-uki strawberries and cassis, topped with a heart-shaped strawberry and small flowers. Sweets include the pink “Silky Strawberry Mousse,” “Strawberry Mont Blanc” made by layering strawberry cream on tart dough, and the “Strawberry Tart” decorated with sora-uki strawberries and blueberries. The parfait, which features eight sora-uki strawberries as the main attraction, is combined with lemon-flavored fresh cream, streusel, and pistachio and strawberry ice cream. Savories include “Caprese with Strawberries and Mozzarella Cheese,” “Salmon Chaud-Froid,” and more.
The venue is “THE LOBBY LOUNGE” on the 29th floor. Reservations are accepted every 30 minutes from noon to 4:30 p.m. The seating limit is 2.5 hours. The price is 10,000 yen, tax and service charge included.
