Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay in Japan will offer the “Gorgeous Tower Burger” from January 1 to February 28.
From the top, the towering burger is layered with onion rings, lobster, battered and fried white fish, lettuce, and radicchio (Treviso), with mustard butter subtly added. Two whole burger buns are used, and between them are two beef patties accompanied by four slices of bacon, onion, tomato, and cheddar cheese, creating a structure approximately 30 centimeters tall. A Japanese-style dressing is used to bring all the elements together. On the side, French fries, pickles, salsa sauce, Chaliapin sauce, and tartar sauce are served.
The burger is available at the New York Lounge and Hudson Lounge inside the hotel. Serving hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the New York Lounge, and from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Hudson Lounge. The price is 7,500 yen, tax included, service charge not included.
