Japan Airlines (JAL) will hold a “Domestic Route Award Ticket Time Sale” from January 7 to 13.
The required mileage for JAL domestic award tickets will be discounted by up to 2,500 miles. Example one-way routes and required miles include: Tokyo/Haneda–Osaka/Itami for 5,500 miles (normally 6,500 miles), Tokyo/Haneda–Sapporo/Chitose and Fukuoka for 6,500 miles (normally 8,500 miles), and Tokyo/Haneda–Okinawa/Naha for 7,000 miles (normally 9,500 miles).
The travel period is from April 1 to May 31, with blackout dates from April 29 to May 6, which coincide with Japan’s Golden Week holidays. Campaign registration is not required, and reservations can be made only through the airline’s website. The promotion does not apply to the “Dokokani Mile (Somewhere Miles)” program, JAL Card navi discount fares, or certain routes.
