Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will implement special handling of flight tickets due to anticipated snowfall.
As of 6:45 p.m. on January 6, special handling applies to flights to and from Sapporo/Chitose and Sapporo/Okadama on the afternoon of the 7th, and to and from Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Kushiro, and Obihiro on the afternoon of the 8th.
Regardless of delays or cancellations, tickets for eligible flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded without any handling fees. Changes and refunds can be processed on the website.
