
Grand Hyatt Tokyo Offers Strawberry Semi-Buffet Dinner and Special Italian Course
Hilton Nagoya will hold a strawberry sweets buffet, “Strawberry Collection – The Secret Party,” on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from January 9 to March 8.
At the live station, guests can enjoy “Strawberry Crêpe Suzette,” in which crêpes are filled with custard cream scented with Japanese yuzu citrus and topped with warm, caramel-flavored strawberry purée, as well as “Strawberry Daifuku,” where strawberries and custard cream are wrapped in soft mochi (gyuhi). Desserts include “Rouge Bonnet,” Italian dolce accompanied by strawberries, “Lollipop,” crafted like jewelry, “Strawberry Mousse” decorated in the shape of a strawberry, and “Strawberry Shortcake.” There will be 21 kinds of drinks and 8 kinds of savory items.
The event is divided into two phases: the second phase will run from March 12 to May 10. The venue is the first-floor all-day dining restaurant “In Place 3-3.” The buffet is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Prices are 5,500 yen for adults and 2,750 yen for children aged 6 to 12, tax and service charge included. On weekdays, an afternoon tea with the same theme will also be offered.
