All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling measures for flight tickets, as severe weather is expected due to a strong winter-type pressure pattern.
As of 1:00 p.m. on January 9, the special handling applies to flights to and from Sapporo/Chitose on the 10th; Wakkanai, Okhotsk Monbetsu, Memanbetsu, Kushiro, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, and Hakodate from the 10th to the 11th; Aomori and Odate-Noshiro on the 11th; Akita, Shonai, Niigata, Noto, Toyama, Komatsu, Tottori, Yonago, Hagi-Iwami, Nagoya/Chubu, Tsushima, and Goto-Fukue; and flights to and from Fukuoka in the morning of the 11th.
For tickets on the affected flights, changes, rebookings, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of whether the flight is delayed or canceled.
