
Hilton Opens The Green Leaf Niseko Village, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, as Winter-Season Hotel
Hilton Yokohama will offer a strawberry afternoon tea from January 5 through May 6.
The sweets selection includes a January-exclusive Charlotte Fraise filled with strawberry mousse, a February-exclusive strawberry macaron, a fromage fraise tart, raspberry opera cake, and strawberry cream puffs. Savories feature a gratin of Japanese beef stewed in beer, waffles topped with seasonal vegetables, bacon, and cheese, parsnip velouté with consommé jelly, and seafood marinade with kumquat dressing. For drinks, guests can enjoy as much HARNEY & SONS tea as they like, including flavors such as Strawberry Vanilla.
In the second movement, starting in March, the overall composition of the sweets will be significantly renewed, with a new lineup that puts strawberries center stage, and the savory menu will also be completely refreshed.
The venue is the Bar & Lounge Melody on the 3rd floor. Seating times on weekdays start at 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays at 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., each with a two-hour limit. The price is 7,000 yen, tax and service charge included.
