Etihad Airways Deploys Airbus A380 on Tokyo Narita–Abu Dhabi Route for the First Time in Japan
Lufthansa German Airlines has begun operating two additional aircraft featuring its 100th anniversary special livery.
An Airbus A320neo (registration: D-AING) and an Airbus A350-900 (registration: D-AIXL) were painted in this livery in Norwich, United Kingdom, and Châteauroux, France. A newly built Boeing 787-9 (registration: D-ABPU) has already been painted in the same design, bringing the total to three aircraft. By autumn, three more aircraft will be added: an Airbus A380, a Boeing 747-8, and an Airbus A350-1000.
The aircraft feature a dark blue base color, with the airline’s trademark white crane, the number “100” painted on the left side and underside, and “1926 / 2026” on the right side.
