All Nippon Airways (ANA) will provide special handling of flight tickets, as heavy snowfall is expected to bring bad weather along the Sea of Japan side from northern Japan down to the Hokuriku region.
As of noon on January 21, special handling applies to flights arriving at or departing from Aomori, Odate-Noshiro, Akita, Shonai, Niigata, Noto, Toyama, Komatsu, Tottori, Yonago, and Hagi-Iwami on January 22. Depending on future weather conditions, additional routes and periods may be added.
For tickets on affected flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of whether the flight is delayed or canceled.
