All Nippon Airways (ANA) will revamp the advance shower room reservation service in its international lounges at Tokyo Haneda Airport, Japan.
The service has been improved to make it easier to understand and smoother to use. Reservations through the existing booking site (workhub Pass) have been discontinued.
Shower room reservations can be made by eligible lounge users of ANA-operated flights via “Lounge Shower Room Reservation” in the “Guide to Boarding” section displayed in the ANA app after booking an ANA flight. Reservations open from midnight 7 days prior to the departure date. It is also possible to make a reservation by scanning the dedicated reservation QR code located inside the lounge.
The target lounges and renewal dates are January 21 for the “ANA LOUNGE” in the International Area of Terminal 2 and in Terminal 3, and January 28 for the “ANA SUITE LOUNGE”.
At Tokyo Narita Airport’s “ANA SUITE LOUNGE” and “ANA LOUNGE” in Japan, the introduction of the shower room reservation service has been postponed, and guests are still required to apply using the shower room reception terminals inside the lounges as before.
