All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling of air tickets, as poor weather due to snowfall is expected along the Sea of Japan side from northern Japan through the Hokuriku region.
As of 11:30 a.m. on January 23, the special handling applies to flights arriving at and departing from Wakkanai, Hakodate, Aomori, Odate-Noshiro, Akita, Shonai, Niigata, Noto, Toyama, Komatsu, Tottori, Yonago, and Hagi-Iwami from the afternoon of the 23rd through the 24th. Depending on future weather conditions, additional routes and periods may be added.
For tickets on the affected flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds are available free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
