All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling of flight tickets due to expected poor weather caused by snowfall along the Sea of Japan side from northern Japan through the Hokuriku region.
As of 11:30 a.m. on January 24, special handling applies to flights to and from Aomori, Odate-Noshiro, Akita, Shonai, Niigata, Noto, Toyama, Komatsu, and Tottori on January 25. Depending on future weather conditions, additional routes and periods may be added.
For tickets on applicable flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
