All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling of flight tickets, as heavy snowfall and poor weather conditions are expected along the Sea of Japan side from northern Japan down to the Hokuriku region.
As of 8:15 a.m. on January 25, special handling applies to flights departing and arriving on January 25 at Sapporo/Chitose, Aomori, Odate-Noshiro, Akita, Shonai, Niigata, Noto, Toyama, Komatsu, and Tottori airports. Depending on future weather conditions, additional routes and periods may be added.
For tickets on applicable flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds are available free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
