Ethiopian Airlines will begin operating an Airbus A350-900 aircraft on its Tokyo/Narita–Seoul/Incheon–Addis Ababa route from March 29 (departing Tokyo/Narita, arriving the following day).
The route is currently operated with a Boeing 787 aircraft and will be upgauged. The Airbus A350-900 is configured with a total of 330 seats, comprising 30 business class seats in a 2-2-2 layout and 300 economy class seats in a 3-3-3 layout.
Under the summer schedule, the airline will operate six round-trip flights per week, except on Tuesdays from Tokyo/Narita and Mondays from Addis Ababa.
