Hilton Tokyo Odaiba to Undergo First Major Renovation, Including Guest Rooms and Executive Lounge Expansion
Tokyu Land Corporation and Tokyu Resorts & Stay will launch the “Tokyu Stay Official Accommodation Rights Resale Service.”
If guests are suddenly unable to stay or use their reservation due to a change of plans, they can resell their accommodation rights for special non-refundable plans that allow resale. The service is available exclusively to members of the points program “Tokyu Resorts & Stay SMART CLUB.”
Purchases are made in units of one night, and guests can resell their stay at any price they choose up until the day before check-in. No direct contact between seller and buyer is required. The amount equivalent to the sales proceeds, minus handling fees, can be received either as points in the “Tokyu Resorts & Stay SMART CLUB” program or as electronic money compatible with the “EJOICA Select Gift.” Successful resale is not guaranteed.
The service will first be offered at six hotels in Japan—Suidobashi, Kamata, Monzen-Nakacho, Sapporo, Kyoto Sanjo Karasuma, and Hakata—and will be progressively expanded to other properties.
