ANA Holdings to Strengthen Shareholder Returns with New Dividend and Benefits Program
ANA Holdings will strengthen its shareholder returns.
While basically maintaining the dividend payout ratio at around 20 percent, the company will introduce an interim dividend system starting from the fiscal year ending March 2027. This is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June, with the record date set for September 30.
The shareholder benefit program will be revamped and expanded from June. In addition to introducing a new system that provides a 5 percent discount on the domestic “Simple” fares of All Nippon Airways (ANA), the discount rate for tour products will be increased from the current 2 to 5 percent to 10 percent. The issuance criteria will also be revised, and the total number of coupons issued will be reduced.
In addition, to commemorate the 15th anniversary of its founding, a limited-time international flight benefit program will be introduced for Peach Aviation.
Furthermore, a long-term shareholder preferential program will be introduced for shareholders who have held shares for more than three years. Shareholders holding 20,000 shares or more under the same shareholder number will be eligible to receive a portion of the benefits of the ANA Mileage Club “Diamond Service.”
For more information, details are currently being finalized and will be announced once confirmed.
