ANA Holdings to Strengthen Shareholder Returns with New Dividend and Benefits Program
ANA Holdings will expand its international passenger business toward fiscal year 2030.
Through fiscal 2028, the company will focus on increasing frequencies on existing routes to expand the scale of its operations and make full use of the international slot allocation at Tokyo Haneda Airport. After the expansion of Narita Airport, it will strengthen routes to North America and Asia, and improve convenience by increasing evening connecting flights. ANA also aims to raise the share of demand originating outside Japan and to maintain high yields through more advanced revenue management.
Compared with 2025, ANA plans to increase available seat kilometers on Narita routes by a factor of 1.7 and on Haneda routes by a factor of 1.1, for an overall increase of 1.3, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of its network and schedules. As for its network, it will increase Europe routes by about 50%, for example by making certain routes daily, and increase routes to Asia and North America by about 30%.
As a result, ANA is targeting consolidated revenue of 830 billion yen in fiscal 2028 and 1.115 trillion yen in fiscal 2030.
