Delta Air Lines has installed “Delta One Check-in” at all of its hub airports in the United States.
These are dedicated check-in counters for Delta One passengers. In addition to receiving support from dedicated staff, light snacks and drinks are available in the waiting area.
The applicable airports are eight hub airports in the United States: Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York/John F. Kennedy, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. Eligible users include Delta One passengers, select partner airline business class passengers, and Delta 360 members.
Delta One Lounges have been established at New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Boston. At New York and Los Angeles, passengers can access the lounge directly from Delta One Check-in via a dedicated security checkpoint. Delta One Lounges are scheduled to open sequentially at the other hub airports as well.
