China Airlines will operate the Ishigaki–Taipei/Taoyuan route seasonally.
The operating period will be from April 1 to October 24, with two round trips per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The flights will be operated with Airbus A321neo aircraft. The flight time is 1 hour and 5 minutes from Ishigaki and 55 minutes from Taipei/Taoyuan.
This route was taken over from its subsidiary Mandarin Airlines and launched in April 2014. It was suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2025, it operated only during the summer season.
