Japan Airlines (JAL) will increase flights on 5 routes during the busy summer travel period.
From July 1 to August 31, the Sapporo/Okadama–Rishiri route will be increased to 11 round trips per week. From July 17 to August 28, the Osaka/Itami–Okinawa/Naha route will operate 3 round trips per day, and the Osaka/Itami–Hakodate route will operate 2 round trips per day. Furthermore, from August 18 to 17, the Nagoya/Chubu–Sapporo/Chitose route will be increased to 4 round trips per day, and the Fukuoka–Sapporo/Chitose route to 3 round trips per day.
These changes are timed to coincide with the period when demand for homecoming travel and leisure trips is concentrated, and together with the summer schedule, JAL will implement increased services on a total of 8 routes.
