Tokyu Hotels & Resorts will open “JAM Fukui Katsuyama Tokyu Hotel & Resorts” on April 1 in Katsuyama, Fukui Prefecture, Japan.
Guest rooms include superior Western-style rooms accommodating up to 4 people, standard Japanese-Western rooms for up to 5 people, maisonette-type rooms for up to 6 people, and a special Dinosaur Lab Room for up to 5 people. The hotel is equipped with a restaurant, café lounge, large hot spring bath with open-air baths, indoor pool, and lockers.
During the green season, guests can enjoy highland activities, a barbecue garden, and shops selling souvenirs and outdoor brand apparel. In the winter season, guests have access to a ski resort with a maximum run length of 5,800 meters and 16 courses in total.
Access: approximately 1 hour by car from Fukui Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, about 30 minutes by car from Katsuyama Station on the Echizen Railway, and about 20 minutes by car from the Katsuyama Interchange (IC) on the Chubu-Jukan Expressway. Complimentary shuttle buses are available from both Fukui Station and Katsuyama Station.
