LOT Polish Airlines will launch the Warsaw–Heraklion route on May 30.
The airline will operate three round-trip flights per week, on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The route will be served with Boeing 737-8 aircraft. The flight time is 2 hours 55 minutes from Warsaw and 2 hours 50 minutes from Heraklion.
Heraklion is a city on the Greek island of Crete. It is known for activities that allow visitors to enjoy nature, such as its spectacular beaches. With this addition, the number of destinations in Greece served by LOT will increase to four cities.
