The acquisition will be made through MC&A, which is under the umbrella of JTB Americas, JTB’s local subsidiary in the United States. MC&A became part of the JTB Americas Group in 2017, and in 2019 expanded its presence in the U.S. mainland through a merger with Kuoni Destination Management (KDM).

Through the integration, the group states that it will be able to provide high-value services by offering seamless, end-to-end support from event planning and arrangements to entertainment production and on-site execution, while standardizing and improving the overall quality of events.
