Air China Suspends and Reduces Flights on Japan–China Routes for Summer Schedule
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan has issued a spot advisory regarding partial suspension of commercial flights and power outages in Cuba due to fuel shortages.
Because of the impact of fuel shortages in Cuba, some arriving and departing flights have had their routes changed or have been partially suspended, and it is possible that travel abroad from Cuba will become difficult going forward. In particular, the ministry recommends that people who are considering short- or medium-term stays in Cuba postpone any non-essential travel.
Furthermore, prolonged power outages are occurring on a daily basis throughout the country, and there are wide-ranging impacts on daily life, including the operation of public transportation and the availability of fuel.
