Shinjuku Washington Hotel began offering its long-stay guestroom, the “Sky Residence Room,” on January 7.
The room is located on the 24th floor of the 25-story hotel and has a floor area of approximately 96 square meters. It is designed so that guests can enjoy panoramic views of the cityscape of Shinjuku from the windows, and is equipped with a twin bedroom and two bunk beds, accommodating up to six guests.
The room features a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and tableware, a drum-type washing machine, a projector and screen, and more. The rate starts from 90,000 yen per room, including tax and service charge. Reservations are accepted via the official website.
