Tokyu Hotels & Resorts will reopen the property as the rebranded “Tokyo Kojimachi Tokyu REI Hotel” in February 2027.
Located inside the Tokyo Green Palace in Tokyo, Japan, the hotel will join the Tokyu Hotels chain under an operations consignment agreement with the Japan Municipalities Employees’ Mutual Aid Association. Tokyo Green Palace will temporarily suspend operations on March 31, 2026, and will reopen after large-scale renovations. The hotel will offer 246 guest rooms, including single, twin, and deluxe twin rooms. The property will also feature a restaurant and two banquet halls/meeting rooms of different sizes.
Access: 1 minute on foot from Kojimachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, 5 minutes on foot from Hanzomon Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, and 7 minutes on foot from Yotsuya Station on the JR Chuo-Sobu Line.
